You have found the most unique and effective nursing home administrator licensing exam preparation course with a 97% pass rate. My name is Stan Mucinic. I am a licensed nursing home administrator with a Master’s Degree in Health Care administration and a Master’s Degree in Psychology.

My students' success is based on my personal commitment and the time I spend with each of them, ensuring they understand the critical concepts and practices in managing a nursing home.

The National Exam is a stanardized exam that every individual applying for nursing home administrator licensure must pass. My national exam is valid in all 50 states.

Many states additionally require applicants to pass a state laws and rules exam that tests your knowledge of that state's specific laws and regulations. I have a review course for Florida, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri and South Carolina.

This is not a weekend class or a book of exams. This is a unique, highly individualized mentoring program where I spend anywhere from 5 hours to 50 hours with my students over the phone, teaching them the critical knowledge and skills they need to not only pass their licensing exams, but to also prepare for their success as an administrator once licensed.

My national exam and Florida state exam preparation courses are recommended by the Florida Health Care Association.

I have priced the various courses I offer based on what my students can reasonably afford. Starting at $199.

If I charged by the hour, the individuals who need my help the most, would not be able to afford my services. I will give you whatever time you need to thoroughly prepare for your exams and learn the skills and competencies you need to develop. I have taught these courses over seven years and designed and refined this program to be a resource to help those individuals who genuinely want to be a nursing home administrator, and want a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to ensure their future success.

My students are very talented and intelligent individuals who sincerely want to learn what they need to know to succeed, but do not understand the fundamental principles and practices of managing a skilled nursing home. Many have had failed the licensing exam(s) one or more times. And their college coursework and internship often is not sufficient to prepare them to pass their exams and succeed.

I designed this program to specifically bridge that knowledge and skills gap. The only way I can do that is by working with you individually, and assessing your knowledge and skills.

Almost half of those taking the national exam fail on their first attempt. For those who make a second attempt to pass the exam, half will fail again. It is extremely discouraging and as practical matter can shatter an individual’s confidence and determination to continue towards licensure.

I am investing my time in helping you to develop the basic competencies and skills you need to have the opportunity to work in a rewarding profession and be prepared for the challenges that face you. And they are many. But the more you know, the better prepared you will be to succeed and take care of those who can no longer care for themselves.

My students have completed my programs in as little as 2 weeks and as long as 2 months. It all depends on your goals the time frame you have to complete your exams
